...and I'm totally lying.
It was really fun, actually!
So, er, yea.
Crap I talk about in this video:
-Myself (wee!)
-Joke-regurgitating
-CURRY!
What are your top 10 most-played songs currently?
The Clock - Oh What a Night
Basement Jaxx - Do Your Thing
Basement Jaxx - Good Luck
Sick Puppies - All the Same
Hans Zimmer - Up is Down
Hans Zimmer - I Don't Think Now is the Best Time
Jennifer Saunders - Holding Out for a Hero
Ewan McGregor & Renée Zellweger - Here's to Love
Gwen Stefani ft. Akon - Sweet Escape
Sir Mix-A-Lot - Jump On It
TOTALLY my kind of QotD! I know some people who repeat a single song over and over if they like it, but I don't do that... I'm more of the repeating-playlist type.
I'll put up a few audios for ya'll ;D
Stuff you've most likely haven't heart (I'm sure you've all heard Jump On It XD)
Hey all!
Baaack.
I've been looking around at different blogs and the idea of videoblogging is starting to grow on me (especially since I worked out my webcam). At first I thought I wouldn't have absolutely ANYTHING to talk about, but now that I think about it, I sort of do.
So my next entry will most likely be a short videoblog, just to test the waters.
I realize I don't have that many readers here, and will therefore not have very many views, but... that's okay!
My friend Fabian and I just held a very long conversation in which we typed all our sentences BACKWARDS!
It's almoat an hour long, too!

Why is it that when a movie or show doesn't have an epic ending, it's a "let down" and when it does, it's "chaotic mess"?
That's what I observed when comparing the HEROES finale to Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End—amazing movie, by the way. I loved it.
Both pieces had good resolve, but they pulled it off differently. I can't recall which newspaper said it, but it said that Pirates 3 was a load of swashbuckling chaos. Picky, picky!
Oh well... like they say, if you can't do, teach!
And if you can't even teach... well, critique XD
I swear, every time I want to post something about myself, I see a QotD or something else that totally just throws me off. Then I end up making a new post like this on the same hour or something, guh. Why that bothers me, I don't know! XD
Anyway, I wanted to tell my Vox blog and the people who read it that I've been having dreams that I became blind. They aren't particularly pleasant dreams, because if I were to become blind in real life, I'd probably cry until I became blind some more. They're really sad dreams about me not becoming an artist anymore and never being able to see the love of my life or something. It's so weird.
I have so many weird dreams lately.
What was your favorite TV season finale this year?
Submitted by Kristine.
HEROES.
I know, I just got done complaining that it was anti-climactic and whatnots, but after watching it again, I realized that it actually did fit.
Also once you take into credit that Tim Kring (creator of HEROES) mentioned that season one was only the beginning, it makes more sense. This was totally the set-up season. I bet season two will kick so much ass like nobody's business! I can't wait :D
ehem... I also picked HEROES because I didn't watch any other finale.
whoops.
wait, no I lie, yes I did!
And those were good as well!
American Idol and Dancing with the Stars...
although I'm beginning to like Dancing better than Idol. :P
What a way to end the season!
It's about time Peter went and blew up XD
I have mixed feelings about this episode. It was kind of anticlimactic :\
I feel like listing things:
What happened: Nathan carried Peter off into the night so they can explode in the sky.
What I wanted to happen: I wish they'd shown a bit of Peter and Nathan as they were flying/already up in the sky rather than just sticking us on the ground.
What happened: Let's all attack Sylar!
What I wanted to happen: More of Sylar being beat up by Niki XD C'mon, that would've rocked!
What happened: Peter somehow, in his sleep, went into the past and met up with Charles Deveaux.
What I wanted to happen: Refer back to it in the end somehow, because I get the feeling that that'll be explained in season 2, but not many others caught that.
What happened: Matt got shot. Dead or alive?
What I wanted to happen: Matt lives to make some sort of snarky quip about Sylar or being shot or something like that.
What happened: Jessica a la Candice throws the smackdown on Niki.
What I wanted to happen: Well... not that. That really didn't need to happen, but I guess it brought out the strength in Niki XD
Man, you should see the 9thwonders boards right now, it's absolutely horrendous in there.
So much debate going on XD
Well, one thing's for sure: HEROES is a controversial show among its fans!
I can't wait for Season 2 :P
Memorable Lines
Claire: The future isn't written in stone!
--
HRG: Call me Noah. (!!!)
--
Ando: You cannot take my brain!
--
Peter: I love you, Nathan.
--
Ando: Hiro?
Hiro: Hm?
Ando: ...you look badass.
Hiro: Really?!
--
Not a line, this scene was the best... Claire jumping out the window! That was HILARIOUS!!
Show us an unlikely pair.
I had to do it.
Syhindlar (sai-hind-lar) n. 1) A mash-up of Sylar and Mohinder's names. 2) The name which designates Sylar and Mohinder as a pair, romantic or otherwise.
Even though it's long past, I still can't get over how great their scenes were together. Everything was so ironic, from Sylar's pretending skills down to Mohinder's naivete. It was nail-biting, and honestly, Mohinder hadn't been that awesome since "Seven Minutes to Midnight". Woohoo!
Btw, yes, I made that image XD
It was my signature for a while on the 9thwonders boards, dedicated to the Syhindlar relationship.
Harharhar, I'm so dirty.
I've had this blog since the start of my college experience and since then I've gone through plenty of changes, I noticed. For one, I'm not as pathetic now when it comes to high school related memories/nostalgia... I was reading back on those days and thinking, man, I was so sad. XD
Life's pretty good right now. There are times when I feel a lot of pressure coming from school and home, but I always manage to get back down to Earth—ironically enough by looking to the sky. Prayer relaxes me.
This past Saturday I had my capoeira batizado! Yayayayayyayyaaaa!
It was pretty interesting. I was nervous the entire time.
When the music started though, the pressure was brought down. I love capoeira, I really do.
I got baptised by Mestre Preguica! I feel so honored! Mestre Preguica!
He kicked me really really hard in the chest because I wouldn't fall down when he tripped me. XD Knocked the wind outta me! But I was blessed. It was awesome, he kept hugging me afterwards. My mom was kind of upset, but I was still happy. He's cool.
One thing about Vox that sort of bugs me is that you can't put in pictures and videos like you can on other sites... I mean, it's cool that they have special operations for it, but sometimes X-Large just isn't large enough (look at my previous post), or sometimes I just don't want a weird border around it. Oh well.

I feel the same. Anti-climatic. They made such a big deal about the whole love thing and it's inside Peter,... read more
